There is a myriad amount of bugs with the website and the app. The issues seriously affect work flow. The app should include a pipeline too. I couldnt even use the new updated app for 2016 for 2 months... I asked support for help, but they said it was my phones fault. The app still shuts down whenever I scroll through the tasks or create tasks. Im currently looking into other CRMs because Im always on the go and not in the office so a phone app is essential. I can live with the bugs on the desktop, but not on the app.

Ive tried several times to fall in love with this tool but we end up just "being friends". The idea is great and anything that helps you stay in the forefront of a customers mind is awesome. The bucket process is a bit clunky but that was okay until the app just stared crashing, slowing down or just failing. However this never version released yesterday the developers have fixed this. The crashes are much faster and the failures more consistent. Many times the app just fails to open at. Kudos team, if youre going to crash .. Do it early, do it simple and with minimal user interaction thats what sets them apart now.

Not only will Contactually now import all your Address Book contacts seamlessly, but if you connect your Contacts app to Facebook and LinkedIn, you get all that contact data as well! Now I have even more of my contact in the one place I need it most!

I would have given this app at least 4 stars before the most recent update. However, when I updated a few days ago it broke and now wont open at all. It just keeps crashing after the initial logo screen. I need this app to work, so please fix it!! Ive tried deleting it and reinstalling it many times and restarting my phone, nothing worked. I have an iPhone 5s with iOS 8.

When this first launched it was a great tool. Contactually pulled in updates from social media sites, but that no longer happens. Support has diminished. Expensive solution for what they offer. Would not recommend.

The app crashes on the Contactually launch screen with iOS 10, rendering it completely useless. I assume it will get updated eventually, but as Contactuallys developers had months of notice to prepare and test for iOS 10, Im not optimistic for a quick turnaround and not thrilled to pay to not be able to access and update my contacts on the go with Contactually.

The focus here needs to be depth... Pipelines, documents and connections. I need to know on-the-go everything about my contacts. If Im walking into a meeting, all of that info needs to be at my fingertips. When Im on the go, follow-ups should be super easy. More than ever, itll be useful to be able to sort and filter activities on the dashboard — filter by phone calls, mailings, etc. Now, the focus is on buckets and accessing contacts in the app... thats not useful because the contacts sync with my phone.

Unable to sign up

Not only is the app overpriced...so is the service. You have to sign up on the website to use the app.

A lot of features are missing. I sometime want to edit contacts on the go, and I need access to everything, such as custom fields. Also, the sync is not always done. I found "floating" contacts in the app that I deleted or bucketed on the web days ago.

User experience is night and day when from your laptop to app. The app is painfully slow to do task, update contacts, search names etc. Really enjoy this CRM and just want a similar mobile experience.

Ive been told a new version with more robust functionality is coming in the next month or so. Currently, the app is buggy and doesnt allow me to see contacts who are assigned to others on my team.

This app was last updated May 2015. They keep saying a new improved app is coming out soon. Well here we are December 2015 and still nothing.

Really helpful to have Contactually reminding me to review my Dashboard each morning. It’s great knowing where to focus my time for the day.

Sweet! Push notifications!

Really like the daily notification. It makes planning my day easier.

Contactually keeps moving this app forward, now adding push notifications and support for landscape mode - crucial for us iPad users. Im excited to see whats next!
