Contactually App Reviews

I have been waiting for this update for a long time and am a big fan of Contactually. I use an iPad Pro and unfortunately this app is only oriented vertically, making it unusable for me.

Excited to try it, couldnt log in. Tried multiple Google accounts, tried the in-app sign in, "Login unsuccessful." Fix please.

This app is awesome! So much better than the last one... Way better! Loving it now... Now they just need to add access to documents and pipelines on the app and itll be perfect. Cant wait til the iPad version comes out.

Its been a long time coming. Glad to see that they finally listened to the feedback. This update allows you to do much of what you can do in the desktop. Thanks again!!

Wow, it took these guys about 800 years to just fix the app, and now a week later they roll out templates for email and texting? Thats amazing! At this point Im expecting miracles every week.

Super happy to see message templates make it into this release. Now I can get through my dashboard that much faster. Keep it up, Contactually!

The app makes it much harder if your business is done via a Google Voice number. Needs to allow calling and SMS from Voice.

Loving this new app for Contactually. Has so many great features in it... Its just missing a few small things now. 1. Needs pipelines (with drag and drop). Thats a giant part of my business and without access to it on mobile, it loses a lot of the the effectiveness of visualizing my pipeline and where my business is going. 2. Needs landscape view for iPad (especially for pipelines) that also works with split screen. 3. Integrating with google voice would be awesome, although not imminent. 4. Needs a widget in the drop down shade and a notification (with the red number on the home screen) to let you know how many tasks you have left to compete for the day. All in all, this app has come a long way and has made me love Contactually even more.

The new app is simply the best CRM tool to build better relationship with customers and prospects. Its easy to use and keeps your follow up on task. The app does not try to do everything just the essentials and makes it easy to complete sales activities.

There is a myriad amount of bugs with the website and the app. The issues are seriously affecting my work; therefore, I do not recommend this CRM.

Spent the weekend attempting to set up this program. Even though my email information is entered correctly, the app would constantly ask for it to be updated. IOS apps - couldnt log into my account through through of my devices. For the good things this app presents, it isnt worth the time or money to become a paying subscriber. Im happy they provided a free trial so all I lost was time and not money.
